HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver - West Bromwich
People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client's growing transport operation in West Bromwich and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers who are looking for stability, great earning potential, and long-term progression.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an LGV Class 2 Driver , Category C Driver or Lorry Driver .
Shift Pattern:
- Working days :06:30 starts
- 10 - 12 hour shifts Pay Rate: - £15.00 per hour Benefits: Your benefits as a HGV Class 2 Driver are: - Excellent hourly rates (PAYE - holidays accrued separately)
- Ongoing work with full training and support
- Weekly pay
- Immediate starts available

- Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Driver will be: - Safely operate and drive Category C vehicles to and from delivery locations
- Multi-drop store deliveries (maximum 8 drops)
- Complete loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy
- Use of a tail lift
- Use of a powered pump truck (on and off the vehicle)
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff Essential Skills: The skills required to be a HGV Class 2 Driver are: - Valid UK Category C Licence
- Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes)
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of road safety and compliance
- Ability to complete multi-drop deliveries Desirable Experience: - Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience
- Good customer interaction and service skills Training: - Full industry-related training provided
