Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience that sets us apart and fosters loyalty to our great brands.

The Role

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. We're seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team in a customer focused, target driven retail environment. You'll need availability across 4-5 days per week including Tuesday and weekends. Shifts run from early starts at 7:00am to late finishes at 8:30pm. Morning shifts will play a key role in setting the store up for success, including supporting deliveries and stock processing.

• Teamworking: Understands the significance of collaboration and teamwork in providing excellent customer service and reaching Pet Care Centre goals.
• Flexibility, Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekend and some bank holidays
