Ongoing HGV2 Driver Required - Sunbury-on-Thames
We're looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Driver to join our busy team in Sunbury . This is an ongoing, full-time role offering great pay, guaranteed hours, and steady work - ideal for a driver who enjoys being active, on the road, and part of a supportive team.
Pay & Hours
- £18 per hour
- Monday to Friday only - no weekend work
- Start times: Between 05:45 - 08:00
- 45-minute paid break included
- Minimum 8 hours paid per day
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- Overtime opportunities available
- Some longer days may occur (up to 14 hours) depending on workload
Main Responsibilities
- Driving a company HGV Class 2 vehicle to various sites across London and the Southeast
- Assisting with office relocations and moves
- Loading and unloading furniture, equipment, and office items
- Working as part of a two-person team (you'll have a porter to assist)
- Maintaining a professional attitude while representing the company on-site
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Full UK Cat C (Class 2) License
- Valid CPC and Digi Card
- Must be over 25 & 2 Years Experience (for insurance purposes)
- Physically fit - able to lift and move heavy items safely
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Previous experience in removals, multi-drop, or delivery work is an advantage
