The MSK Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based treatment plans, promoting self-management, and supporting individuals to restore optimal function, mobility, and enhance their quality of life.

What you will do:

- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients experiencing MSK conditions such as back pain, joint injuries, and soft tissue disorders
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, and detailed rehabilitation programmes
- Provide education and advice to encourage self-management and prevent injuries
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional and legal standards
- Collaborate with GPs, orthopaedic teams, and various healthcare professionals
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Aid in discharge planning and make onward referrals where necessary
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, students, or assistants if applicable
- Engage in continuous professional development and clinical audits
