Smile Education are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary and SEN schools in Bromsgrove, Worcester and Redditch.

We have a growing number of opportunities available for candidates looking to work in  mainstream primary schools, specialist SEN settings and schools supporting pupils with additional needs . Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, an SEN specialist, a recent graduate or have valuable transferable experience working with children,  we want to hear from you.
Depending on the school and your experience, you could be supporting pupils:

• In the classroom alongside the class teacher.
• On a 1:1 basis .
• In small groups.
• With additional learning needs.
• With social, emotional and behavioural needs.
• With communication and interaction needs.
• With autism and ADHD.
• With complex or additional needs within specialist settings.
• To develop their confidence, independence and engagement in learning.

You will play an important role in helping children access education, overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

Experience within a school is advantageous but not essential for every position.
