A leading international / US law firm is seeking a 3-5 PQE Real Estate Finance Associate to join its top-tier London team. Acting for developers, investors, lenders and corporates, the practice advises on complex, cross-border transactions across the full range, including origination, syndication and development finance. The successful candidate will work closely with highly regarded partners in a collaborative environment that offers early responsibility and strong progression.The role offers exposure to high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters and regular interaction with international clients and colleagues. It is a fast-paced and demanding position, providing an excellent platform to deepen technical expertise and build a global network.Candidates should have strong academics, solid real estate finance experience gained at a 'competitor' City firm, and excellent communication skills. They will be organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple workstreams. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential, alongside the ability to deliver commercially focused, high-quality advice across a broad range of transactions.
