- Support the monthly management accounts process, including reconciliations, ledger reviews, variance analysis and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with Group reporting to Head Office, including financial submissions, analysis and responding to finance queries.
- Support post-IPO reporting, IFRS requirements and Group reporting adjustments.
- Review monthly payroll, pensions and assist with cash flow forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting.
- Provide support across core finance processes, including invoicing, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, expenses and credit card controls.
- Assist with year-end audits, statutory accounts, tax computations and ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS and internal controls.
- Identify process improvements and support ad hoc finance projects and wider team activities.
