I'm looking for an experienced hardwood flooring tradesperson to fit oak-top parquet flooring throughout our home. The total area is approximately 74 sqm, covering four bedrooms, the kitchen, upstairs hallway and downstairs hallway. We will supply the parquet flooring, underlay and new skirting boards. The work would include: - Removing the existing carpets and underlay - Removing the existing skirting boards - Preparing the floors as required for installation - Laying the new underlay and oak-top parquet flooring - Fitting new skirting boards We would also appreciate advice beforehand on the correct type of underlay and skirting boards to purchase for the flooring.
