VAT Manager
Top 15 Firm
Leeds / Manchester / Edinburgh
- Lead complex VAT advisory projects across corporate and not-for-profit clients, including UK and international matters
- Drive business development activity in the London office, identifying opportunities and increasing VAT's visibility across service lines
- Oversee VAT compliance processes and ensure high-quality delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and use of technology
- Manage and develop the London VAT team, while contributing to the wider national VAT strategy and training initiatives

What We Are Looking For
- ACA/CTA qualified with proven experience operating at Senior Manager or Director level within VAT
- Strong UK VAT technical expertise, with exposure to international VAT issues
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships, with a commercial and growth-oriented mindset
- Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality advisory work in a professional services environment
