Change Lives Every Day with Fedcap UK

Are you passionate about helping people thrive through work? Join Fedcap, a mission and values-driven not-for-profit supporting people back into the workplace and on the path to a rewarding career. As part of the DWP Restart Scheme, you’ll deliver tailored, one-to-one support to help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers and find sustainable work.

We’re looking for a people-focused, target-driven individual with emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to, and influence, a wide range of customers. In this role, you'll wear many hats—supporting, encouraging, signposting, advising, coaching, and inspiring individuals—while building trust and challenging mindsets.

What You’ll Do

  • Work towards clear targets and KPIs (including quality & compliance SLAs) – with plenty of support along the way
  • Manage a caseload of customers, with face-to-face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support
  • Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets
  • Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers

What You’ll Bring

  • A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
  • Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
  • Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.

Here’s what makes Fedcap a rewarding career…

At Fedcap, we’re proud to offer a comprehensive and rewarding benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, development and work-life balance:

  • 33 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays) with the option to buy or sell additional days
  • £500 annual benefits scheme to spend at over 900 retailers
  • Cycle to Work scheme open all year round
  • Pension scheme  with up to 5%  employer match
  • Free life assurance worth 4x your salary
  • Health & wellbeing support , including access to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family
  • Digital gym, mindfulness resources, virtual GP and more

Join us and be part of something bigger. At Fedcap, work changes lives.

We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone is treated fairly, feels they belong, and can do their best work. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and communities, and we value the different perspectives and lived experiences they bring. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.

  • Fedcap Employment is a Disability Confident Leader employer. We will consider reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process and, where required, in the workplace. We will not exclude a candidate with a disability unless they are unable to carry out a duty that is intrinsic to the role, after reasonable adjustments have been considered.
  • We are positive about employing veterans, serving personnel, and spouses/partners and family members, as part of our commitment to the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant.
  • As a Ban the Box employer, we assess applicants on their skills and potential. We do not ask about criminal convictions at the initial application stage, and any relevant information is considered fairly and in line with the role.
