Overview We are looking for an experienced Events and Marketing Manager to join a company within the fintech industry. You will be supporting the delivery of marketing, communications, and event initiatives across an international financial services environment. This is a hands-on role, combining strategic input with execution across brand, digital, content, and events. The position requires strong organisation, creativity, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand, Marketing & CommunicationsSupport the execution of marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and product awarenessAssist in the preparation and updating of marketing materials and presentationsEnsure consistency across branding and messagingCollaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and business developmentCoordinate with external suppliers including designers and PR agenciesEvents & ConferencesCoordinate planning and execution of conferences and industry eventsManage logistics including registrations, materials, and supplier coordinationOrganise travel and itineraries for attending teamsSupport pre-event communications and LinkedIn announcementsMaintain a global events calendar and track deadlinesAssist with post-event reporting and follow-upWebsite & Digital ManagementMaintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevanceUpload news, announcements, and product updatesWork with developers on website improvementsSupport basic SEO and analytics trackingEnsure content aligns with brand and regulatory standardsContent & Thought LeadershipSupport creation of press releases, newsletters, and company updatesAssist with articles and case studiesMaintain LinkedIn presenceSupport development of marketing and sales materialsInternal & External CommunicationsCoordinate marketing communications across internal teamsSupport preparation of external-facing presentations and materialsEnsure all communications remain professional and aligned with brand standardsKey Requirements3–6 years’ experience in marketing, events, or communicationsExperience supporting or coordinating events and conferencesStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and marketing toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDesirableExperience in financial services or B2B marketingFamiliarity with digital marketing and brandingUnderstanding of financial markets or trading platformsComfortable working with data and reporting toolsExcited for a new opportunity?
