I'm looking for someone to help me set up a new printer at my home. The printer is connected to a Windows PC and a Mac, and I want it to work over Wi-Fi as well as via USB. Tasks include unboxing, driver installation, connecting to Wi‑Fi, installing printer software, testing print/scan functions, and configuring default printer settings. Ideally, you can also troubleshoot any initial connectivity issues and show me basic maintenance tips. I prefer a calm, patient approach and can provide access to my devices and network password during the visit. Please mention your experience with both Windows and macOS, and whether you can also assist with mobile printing from iOS/Android.
