The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Sandringham Primary School are looking to appoint a Childcare Supervisor to lead our Wraparound Care afternoon extended learning provision.
Working hours 6.25 hours per week working Monday to Friday 07.30 to 08.45. In addition to the 6.25 hours of this role we would also consider candidates who can cover both the AM and PM Childcare sessions however applications for either AM or PM will be considered. Our PM session is for 12.5 hours and is open from 15.00 to 17.30.
Sandringham Primary School is part of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust that currently comprises of 10 Academies, Bentley High Street Primary School, Carr Lodge Academy, Edlington Victoria Academy, Hall Cross Academy, Hill Top Academy, Rosedale Primary School, Sandringham Primary School, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, The Mallard Academy and Willow Primary School.

Our ideal candidate will
- Supervise and support childcare assistants, ensuring ratios are met and everyone is on task.
- Design a weekly program of activities including arts and crafts, sports, and quiet study areas.
- Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, including sign-in/out procedures, safeguarding and first aid.
- Act as the main point of contact for parents and school leadership regarding the club’s operations.
- Manage registers and oversee the preparation of healthy, nutritious snacks.
