Your Role

As an Early Years Teacher at Odyssey, you will help shape a learning environment that feels alive with possibility. Your work will include:

• Creating a safe, inspiring, and aesthetically rich classroom environment

• Designing meaningful, inquiry‑led experiences aligned with our premium early years curriculum

• Acting as Key Person for a small group of children, nurturing their emotional, social, and cognitive development

• Observing, documenting, and interpreting children’s learning journeys with care and precision

• Building warm, trusting relationships with families and contributing to a strong, connected school community

What You Bring

• QTS, EYTS or EYPS qualification

• Strong experience within an early years setting

• A genuine passion for working with babies and young children

• A commitment to creating nurturing, beautiful, and developmentally rich environments

• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

• A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a growing, innovative school
