As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils both academically and pastorally, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. The Role as a Teaching Assistant: * Supporting pupils in the classroom and assisting with their learning. * Working with individuals and small groups to provide additional support. * Helping teachers prepare resources and classroom activities. * Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupils' confidence and independence. * Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required. * Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers. We are looking for teaching assistants who are: * Passionate about working with children and young people. * Patient, caring and approachable. * Confident working as part of a school team. * Reliable, enthusiastic and committed. * Able to build positive relationships with pupils. * Experienced in a school, childcare or support setting (desirable, but not always essential) .
