Warehouse Supervisor

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Intake Supervisor to join a well-established business on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse supervisory experience looking to take the next step in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location

Site location requires own or reliable transport

Shift Pattern

Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm
1 in 4 Saturdays: 6am until finish (typically around 10am)

Pay Rate

£14.10 per hour
Saturday rate: £17.63 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Supervising the warehouse intake operation
Managing goods in/goods out processes and stock control
Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
Operating a counterbalance forklift as required
Ensuring the warehouse is organised and health & safety standards are maintained

What We're Looking For
Experience

Previous warehouse experience, including goods in/goods out and stock management
Previous experience supervising or leading a small warehouse team is preferred
Experience within the fish industry is beneficial but not essential

Skills & Qualifications

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
Strong organisational and stock management skills
Ability to lead a team and prioritise workloads effectively
Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
