Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Serving customers with products, talking to suppliers
- Dealing with customer sales at the trade counter
- Answering the phones to customers
- Taking Payments
- Administration duties
- Communicating with internal and external customers
- Dealing with stock control and dispatch
- Taking delivery of goods involves basic administration
- Learning and gaining knowledge of products
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
- Setting up of pedal bikes/electric bikes (Ready for the road) being part of your role (Training given)
- Make up number plates and mix paint.
- General cleanliness and maintenance of stores
- Any duties as required by your supervisor/manager

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
Maths and English (grade GCSE - grades 3,4)
