We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy public sector team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to further develop their resourcing and recruitment experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

⏰ 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Temporary Contract (Maternity Cover)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of employee resourcing and recruitment activities.
- Assist in providing a professional, responsive HR service to managers and employees.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
Essential Criteria
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (Associate Level) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within a Human Resources environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
