About This Role
We are expanding our services in Halifax and are looking for compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady in her mid-teens with complex clinical care needs.
She enjoys shopping, watching television, and has a real passion for beauty, especially having her hair and makeup done. Supporting her interests, encouraging her independence, and helping her live life on her own terms are key aspects of this position.
This is a truly rewarding opportunity where you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care that makes a genuine difference every day.
You will be responsible for supporting complex clinical interventions, assisting with daily care routines, and empowering her to enjoy meaningful experiences, from spending quality time with family and friends to accessing the community and pursuing the things she loves most.
Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
