We design, install, repair, and commission solutions that address the challenges of an increasing population and changing climate. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will lead complex submissions that directly impact the quality of clean water for homes and businesses, reduce flooding during heavy rainfall, and protect our natural environment.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who:

Possess exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, client-focused submissions
Have a proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes, ideally on high-value or technically complex projects
Bring strategic thinking and the ability to articulate clear win themes and value propositions
Are passionate about shaping the future of energy and water systems through innovative infrastructure solutions
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the work-winning function, you will manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, winning submissions. You will be responsible for:
Leading and facilitating bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panels
Interpreting client requirements and translating them into winning strategies and compliant responses
Overseeing the production of compelling, well-structured responses that differentiate our offering
Working closely with directors, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to define win themes and value propositions
Managing multiple in-framework bids simultaneously, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality
Engaging with live projects to gather insight and evidence for persuasive case studies and success stories
