We are seeking a talented and dynamic subject leader of junior school mathematics for January 2027, or earlier. The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with the ability to promote the personal development of students and improve the standard of learning and achievement. Skills and qualities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the mathematics team in matters relating to curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, and quality assurance

• Manage the daily operations of the department

• Manage and support the performance and professional development of the mathematics team

• Monitor and track student progress, and ensure high levels of student achievement

• Lead the department in support of annual school improvement plans
