This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well known contractor ideally based in the Yorkshire Region. My clients offer hybrid working but have an expectation to visit sites on a regular basis. These are Energy/Civils related projects but candidates working on Civils/Infrastructure backgrounds would work.
Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the existing Commercial team working on a hybrid basis. The candidate must be flexible to travel to sites throughout the UK as and when required. They are looking for individuals to be present in the office which is in the Wakefield/Leeds area along with site visits and when required. This is an initial 6 month contract with the view to potentially to be long term for the right individual. This role falls outside IR35.

- Client Liaison
- Reporting
- Forecasting

- NEC contract
- Sub contract management
- Attending meetings
- Mentoring and supporting more junior surveyors Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience working for main contractors
- NEC experience ideally
