This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while supporting services that make a meaningful difference to children, young people and families. As a Business and Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a range of statutory and multi agency meetings.

You will be responsible for:

  • Listening carefully to produce clear and accurate written notes
  • Typing quickly and accurately during discussions
  • Preparing and coordinating supporting documents
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and updating information systems
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Meeting content can occasionally be sensitive or challenging, so resilience and discretion are essential.
