Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support a portfolio of Steel projects. The role will be mainly remote with ad hoc visits to the project sites and main office. More onsite time will be required at the start (1/2 weeks /month) but will reduce over time to remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the master schedules using Primavera P6
• Integrate contractor schedulers into the master schedule
• Develop baseline schedules and update progress on a daily or weekly basis
• Break down the project into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and activity levels
• Input resource allocations, activity durations and logic ties into P6
• Track critical path and near-critical path activities to prevent project delays
• Perform schedule analysis and generate lookahead reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the EU as a freelancer (EU passport or EU permanent residency)
• Expert user of Primavera P6
• Experience on infrastructure/construction projects, steel/heavy industry experience would be beneficial
• Fluent in English, Italian would be a bonus

Contract Details
Location: Remote/Hybrid with ad hoc trips to sites (Germany/USA) and the office (Italy)
Duration: 12 month contract with high possibility for extensions based on project needs
Rate: Competitive freelance daily rate based on experience and qualification
