What you'll do at work
- Support the Data Team in maintaining and improving data quality across FCHO systems
- Assist with the production, validation and distribution of management information and performance reports
- Work with colleagues to understand information requirements and reporting needs
- Assist with data analysis activities to identify trends, insights, risks and opportunities
- Support data governance activities including data definitions and data catalogues
- Help investigate data quality issues and support corrective actions
- Support data literacy initiatives and preparation of training materials
- Work on digital transformation and customer experience improvement projects as designated by Digital and Technology management
- Help document data flows, systems and business processes
- Complete all apprenticeship learning, assignments and assessments, while applying learning to real FCHO projects
