Need repairs for faulty toilet flush mechanism
I'm looking for a skilled handyman to diagnose and repair a running or leaky toilet flush. The issue seems to be with the flush valve/chamber and the fill valve may also be sticking. Please bring appropriate tools and fittings to replace parts if needed. I’d prefer a quick on-site assessment first, then a clear quote for parts and labor. Property is a small flat in the UK; access is straightforward. I’m hoping to schedule within the next couple of days, early in the morning or late afternoon if possible.
