KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Picker/Packer for our client based in Southampton.
As a Picker/Packer your working hours and days are:
- 5 out of 7 days per week
- 02:00- 10:00
The rate of pay as a Picker/Packer is:
- £13.21 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Picker/Packer are:
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch using Counterbalance Forklift and PPT, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at every stage
- Maintain precise records of best-before dates and consignment information, playing a key role in stock accuracy and quality control
- Support a wide range of warehouse activities, contributing to the smooth and successful day-to-day running or operations
- Champion and strong health & safety culture by following procedures and proactively reporting any concerns
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the team
The ideal candidate for a Picker/Packer would require:
- Counterbalance FLT licence (not essential)
- Previous experience using FLT in warehouse
- Previous experience as a picker/packer
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
- Good time keeping skills
