In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for a technical salesperson adept at qualifying leads, translating complex technical pitches into compelling business benefits, and addressing common objections with confidence. You’ll leverage your strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge the understanding gap between technical products and non-technical buyers.

Scope of Work

1. Identify and prospect B2B leads, leveraging advanced research and outreach strategies specific to technical and scientific material markets.
2. Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, authority, and interest, ensuring alignment with technical product offerings.
3. Communicate complex technical value propositions clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Develop and deliver tailored written and verbal presentations that translate technical features into actionable business benefits.
5. Handle common objections and address concerns with factual, benefits-driven responses grounded in industry knowledge.
6. Document key interactions, feedback, and insights from prospect engagements to inform ongoing project improvements.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and stakeholders to refine messaging based on market feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Demonstrated success in B2B sales within the technical or scientific materials sector.
2. Deep understanding of technical products, materials, and their applications across industries.
3. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally.
4. Expertise in objection handling and negotiation within a consultative sales framework.
5. Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital prospecting tools relevant to B2B environments.
6. Strong analytical skills to assess prospect potential and adapt engagement strategies dynamically.
7. Commitment to delivering high-quality, concise, and actionable feedback for project development and AI model training.
