Administration Support Assistant

Temporary, Full-time

Police Scotland is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to provide effective and efficient administrative, coordination and operational support to the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Project (ESMCP).

You will provide direct support to the ESMCP team in all administrative duties as well as being the first point of contact for staff and visitors to the ESMCP.

Please Note – This is a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take calls and emails on behalf of the project, keeping the line management updated.
  • Manage all correspondence and all other administrative systems utilised by the ESMCP team.
  • To act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors to the ESMCP team.
  • Manage all correspondence and all other administrative systems utilised by the ESMCP team.
  • Ensure the appropriate use of existing confidential paper and electronic filing systems to enable the timeous retrieval of files/correspondence in addition to recording information accurately to ensure records management and legislative requirements are adhered to.
