Assistant Compliance Manager, Guernsey

Our client is seeking to appoint an Assistant Compliance Manager to join their growing Guernsey-based team.

This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with 3-5 years' experience in AML/CFT/CPF compliance, ideally gained within fiduciary or another regulated financial services environment, to join a growing business and make a meaningful contribution to the continued evolution of its compliance function.

Working closely with the Compliance Manager and wider governance team, the successful candidate will play a key role in client onboarding, CDD/EDD reviews, risk management and day to day technical support and guidance to the senior compliance administrator while helping to foster a positive and pragmatic compliance culture.

Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in providing practical compliance guidance within a regulated financial services business.
