Assistant Site Manager - Central London
£40,000 - £50,000 + Allowance & Excellent Company Benefits
We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering high-quality commercial and industrial developments across Central London, with project values exceeding £10m.

The Role
As Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects on site. This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in coordinating trades, managing logistics, and ensuring works are progressing in line with programme, quality, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day management of site operations
- Assisting in coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting on updates
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Ensuring quality standards are met across all aspects of the build
- Managing site logistics, including deliveries and materials
- Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team
About You
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager role
- Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations on site
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Eagerness to learn and progress within the construction industry
