Your daily workflow will involve high-level collaboration across multiple departments to ensure characters are not only beautiful but functional within the game environment.Artistic Execution & Pipeline ManagementUnder the
guidance of the Art Director, you will translate 2D concepts into high-fidelity 3D assets. This involves mastering the sculpt-to-engine pipeline, ensuring that every wrinkle, texture, and silhouette choice aligns with the project's unique art style. You will utilize industry-standard tools like ZBrush for high-poly sculpting and Substance Painter for PBR texturing.Technical Integration & Unity OptimizationA significant portion of this role involves moving beyond the "sculpt." You will be responsible for setting up and testing your completed characters within the Unity engine. This includes refining materials, adjusting LODs (Level of Detail), and ensuring that the character maintains its visual integrity under various lighting conditions and animations.Blazing Griffin prides itself on a supportive and collaborative culture. To be successful in this role, you should possess:Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years in professional game development. Ideally, you have contributed to several shipped titles, demonstrating an

understanding of the full development lifecycle from pre-production to gold.Stylistic Versatility: While technical skill is a given, we are looking for someone comfortable working across various aesthetics, with a particular emphasis on stylized character work.Foundational Art Principles: An expert-level understanding of silhouette, color theory, and detail balance.
