The Ideal Teaching Assistant
The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:
- Calm under pressure

- Passionate about SEN and SEMH support
- Experienced with challenging behaviour or PRU settings
- Able to build strong relationships with students
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Support Worker, or SEN Learning Support Assistant would be highly beneficial.
