In this role, you’ll be a key part of the Night time operation — supporting your team, driving standards, and keeping everything running safely and efficiently. You’ll play a big part in creating a positive team culture and ensuring we deliver the world‑class service AO is known for.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Rotational Shift Pattern)

Salary: £35,310.50

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

• Supporting the smooth and safe running of daily warehouse operations.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver high‑quality work every shift.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and resolving inventory issues quickly.
• Delivering daily briefings and clear communication to keep everyone aligned.
• Managing low-level people processes such as discussions, investigations, and welfare conversations.
• Owning Health & Safety routines including incident reporting, walkarounds, and safe MHE practices.
• Working collaboratively with other teams and partners to support operational goal

• Comfortable using warehouse systems and technology to keep things running smoothly.
