Our client is a well–established multidisciplinary Demolition & Civil Engineering Principal Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering projects nationwide.
They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to lead the delivery of a circa GBP2.5 million project in Southwest London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is comfortable operating as the No.1 on site , or an experienced Site Manager ready to take ownership.
Project Scope
- Remediation
- General site clearance
- Drainage
- Enabling works
The Role
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Overseeing quality and programme performance
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects
- Ability to manage projects as the lead
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
