We're Hiring - Credit Control Supervisor!
At Securitas Technology , we’re searching for a Credit Control Supervisor to join our current team of 8-10 people. You will be a strong minded individual, able to motivate and also to take lead in escalation or complaints when necessary.

This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days home working and 2 office days on a Thursday/Friday.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end collections across your customer portfolio
- Coach, and develop the Credit Control team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Acting as the go-to escalation point for complex queries and disputes
- Resolve escalated customer queries and payment disputes in a timely manner.
- Review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
- Work closely with internal departments to strengthen customer relationships and minimise payment delays.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years previous experience in a Credit Control Team Leader, Senior Credit Controller, or supervisory credit control role.
- Strong understanding of credit control and debt recovery processes.
- Proven people management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach. - Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real ownership of cash collection, customer relationships, and resolving complex issues end-to-end.
- Hands on, high impact role where you'll manage your own portfolio while acting as a senior escalation point and supporting a team of Credit Controllers to stay on track.
