We have an opening for Warehouse/Driver Person to join our Cardiff Hub / Branch , Working a Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 shift pattern.

This role will allow you to learn from the ground up how to manage and run a successful wholesaling branch, starting off in the warehouse and supporting deliveries too our customers to then, being taught on how to engage and build customer partnerships via successful sales techniques.

As a Warehouse / Driver, you will be an integral part of the branch team, by completing warehouse duties such as inwards stock control and picking and packing products from our vast product line , Loading up the vans for deliveries to be completed and covering delivery routes when required - to then transitioning into learning to support customers over the trade counter and via the phones.

This role allows you to have firsthand customer interaction and support the operation by offering a great service to our customers to enhance the service we provide and securing repeat customers.

What We Are Looking For..

• DRIVING: Hold a Valid UK Drivers Licence, with no more than 3 points & be a minimum of 21 years old (Insurance Purposes)
• EXPERIENCE: Have proven Multi-drop & basic Warehouse experience
• COMMUNICATION: Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
• ADAPTABILITY: have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
