Katie Bard, part of the Angela Mortimer Group, is looking for an ambitious graduate to join us at the ground level, with direct exposure to our CEO and genuine potential to progress within your first three months.

This is a rare opportunity to learn how a specialist recruitment business actually runs, working closely with senior leadership from day one rather than being siloed into a narrow admin role. You'll get hands-on exposure across operations and business development, contribute to real decisions, and have a clear route to grow quickly if you're the right fit.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day operations and helping keep the business running smoothly
• Working directly alongside our CEO, gaining first-hand insight into how strategic decisions get made
• Getting involved in business development activity — helping identify and support growth opportunities across the Midlands and London
• Taking on increasing responsibility as you prove yourself, with a genuine path to progression within 3 months
• Problem-solving across a variety of tasks — this is a varied, fast-paced role, not a fixed job description

What we're looking for:

• A recent graduate who's ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling responsibility early
• Strong communicator, confident picking up new tasks and running with them
• Commercially minded, with genuine interest in how a business operates and grows
• Resilient and adaptable — happy in a fast-moving, evolving environment
