Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference to patients and their families in the community?
We are seeking a motivated Community Nurse to join our specialist Community Team. Working across North Dorset, you will provide high-quality palliative and end of life care, supporting patients to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes wherever possible.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic care, symptom management, emotional support, and advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about person-centred care and committed to delivering excellence in hospice services.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check is required for this role.
