We're now seeking an experienced OMS Administrator to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Plan and manage labour resources to meet operational demand and budget targets
• Produce and analyse operational reports, KPIs and shift performance data
• Coordinate recruitment, agency and workforce plans for peak and seasonal periods
• Maintain workforce systems, records and reporting to ensure data accuracy
• Support management with performance reviews, investigations and continuous improvement activities

• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Resource planning and warehouse operations experience

• Possess excellent organisational and time management skills

• Are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
