Pertemps are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Customer Service Advisor to join a national provider of janitorial and catering supplies to a range of sectors, based in the Fareham area. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our clients and warehouse team alike.
- Onboarding of new accounts.
- Initiating, managing and checking key tasks relating to new and existing clients.
- Making outbound telephone calls to clients ensuring satisfaction.
- Receiving inbound telephone calls from clients and dealing with any issues.
- Taking client orders across various supply areas.
- Ensure client record files are updated on the CRM system.
- Ensuring clients receive the best service from suppliers.
- Using our stock and order system to fulfil orders.
- Energetic, self-motivated & desire to make an impact
- Strong work ethic & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident & resilient
- Capable of self-managing both time and priorities
- Diligent and a desire to find errors including your own
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience in a Customer Care setting
