The Trusts, Estates and Tax team provides highly specialist expert advice to individuals (including HNW and UHNW individuals and those with business interests) on estate planning, probate, trusts and personal tax.
The team has expertise in specialist areas not offered on the high street or other non-City firms. It regularly competes with City firms and is often successful in winning the work.
Whilst the team is distinguished by its technical expertise it also demonstrates a deeply caring attitude to its clients.
The team is ambitious and has identified several key areas for growth, including on an international platform, and as a result is keen to expand by recruiting a Lead Partner for their Leeds office.
