I only need help with the execution of my project More information...
Looking to convert part of the existing space into a small WC and utility area as per the attached plans. Works to include bricking up existing patio doors, fitting a new obscured window, forming stud walls, drainage and plumbing for WC/basin, electrics as required, and plastering/making good. I'd be interested in a price for shell/first-fix only, as I may supply and fit the WC, units, flooring and finishes separately. Budget to be discussed, not as listed.
