Corporate Tax Advisory Manager - Leeds

Our client is seeking a Private Business Tax Manager to play a pivotal role in advising privately owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and high-net-worth individuals on their tax affairs. With a focus on collaboration and delivering innovative solutions, this role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients while driving excellence in tax advisory services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements, offering expert advice on tax matters for privately owned and private equity-backed businesses.
- Foster and maintain impactful relationships with market clients and key internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver on complex, multidisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Stay informed on both UK and international tax laws to provide the most relevant guidance.
- Professional qualifications: ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent).
- Tax knowledge: In-depth, up-to-date experience with UK and overseas taxation regulations.
- Experience: Expertise in navigating intricate tax issues for privately owned businesses and portfolio companies.
- Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent client-focused projects.
- Stakeholder engagement: A natural ability to lead, manage, and inspire teams, coupled with fostering trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication: Strong report writing and the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
