The role of Digital Graphic Designer…

WNU is looking for someone motivated and passionate about being a part of a growing fashion brand. Sitting between our digital and marketing teams, the candidate will create assets across our digital channels - bringing both a creative eye and a commercial instinct to everything they make. They'll need to be organised, able to prioritise, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Digital Graphic Designer:

• Design and produce creative assets for emails, print inserts, Instagram, YouTube, and paid advertising channels, including banners, graphics, and collages.
• Maintain WNU's distinct visual identity across all platforms.
• Drive the testing and optimisation of creative assets through A/B testing of layouts, imagery, and messaging.
• Assist with web design tasks, including creating and adapting visual assets for the online store.
• Maintain and organise design assets, templates, and campaign files for efficient team use.
• Stay up to date with design best practices and emerging digital marketing trends.
• Support the Customer Experience Manager on the day-to-day running of the department
• Provide outstanding customer service, liaising directly with customers and clients on all platforms (Email and Phone)
• Maintaining high Customer service policies and standards (as outlined by the WNU Customer Policy Document), providing an efficient service with a can-do attitude and willingness to help
• Communicating with team members across all departments and on all matters related to customer needs
• Liaise with the WNU warehouse
• Updating customer embroidery documents
• Overseeing and answering stamped customer reviews
• On occasion, the ability to analyse customer and returns data for trade meetings

What WNU is looking for:

• A portfolio of creative work demonstrating campaigns shipped across digital channels.
• Experience with short-form video editing.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and web design principles and responsive layouts.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
