We’re on the lookout for a warm, hands-on, and guest-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay in Leicester.

Turtle Bay is all about introducing you to that carefree, island way of life. A Caribbean kitchen and beach bar where the food, drinks and music flow from morning 'til night.
Everyone invited. Our team can tell if you need coffee, cocktail, cold beer or plate of cutters full of flavour. By welcoming guests with our natural hosting skills and unpretentious atmosphere.

About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Turtle Bay, you bring positive energy, support your leaders, and help make each shift run like clockwork. You're right at the heart of the action – leading the floor, coaching team members, and creating those feel-good vibes that keep our guests coming back.
You’re someone who leads by example – always friendly, calm under pressure, and focused on giving exceptional service. You’ll support the management team with everything from running great shifts and hitting business targets to training new starters and making sure every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and looked after.
This is the ideal role for someone looking to step up and grow into a future leader. We’ll give you the support and tools you need to develop your confidence, sharpen your management skills and become a key part of your restaurant’s success story.
