GSL Education are currently seeking an experienced and committed Primary Teacher to join a 'Good' Ofsted rated primary school in Newham.

This full time role is for a Year 4 class and is available for an immediate start until the end of the academic year . The school is recognised for its welcoming atmosphere, strong leadership team, and supportive learning environment that encourages both staff and students to thrive.

As a Primary Teacher , you will deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and contribute positively to the wider school community while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and Deliver Lessons: Prepare creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Support Student Progress: Monitor and assess student achievement, providing clear feedback to encourage development.
* Create a Positive Learning Environment: Maintain a well-managed and inclusive classroom where students feel motivated to learn.
* Differentiate Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
* Promote Student Engagement: Encourage participation, confidence, and independence in learning.
* Work Collaboratively: Liaise effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support student success.
* Follow School Policies: Uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain professional standards at all times.

Requirements:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* Recent UK-based teaching experience within a primary school
* Experience working as KS1/KS2 teacher in a school setting.
* Able to provide relevant references
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
* An updated CV covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
