The package:- Full time Perm position
- Monday to Friday (This is a fully office-based role)
- Location: S75 Barnsley
- Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm (40 hours a week)
- Salary on offer: £26,436.80 per annum

About the Role
- This is a telephony-based position responsible for handling incoming customer claims.
- You will contact customers to discuss their claims and guide them through the repair process.
- Acting as the first point of contact, you will answer incoming calls and liaise with both customers and service providers.
- You will provide regular updates, resolve queries, and carry out additional ad hoc administrative duties as required.

- Experience in customer service, call centre environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
