Showcase your talents as part of our vibrant Greater Manchester campus community. At the University of Greater Manchester, we’re committed to delivering a rewarding experience for all our students, characterised by greater prospects, greater connections and greater support.
We’re a Guardian Top 35 ranked University, driven, in the main, by our consistently high student satisfaction ratings and our new approach to teaching, known as the ‘Greater Manchester Way’ will deliver distinctive teaching in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Our Admissions Officers play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service, treating every applicant as an individual and every application on its own merit. Every decision we take has the potential to change someone’s life and set them on a path for their future career.
While the primary role of the Admissions Officer is to assess and make decisions on applications, you will increasingly get involved in recruitment and conversion activities as part of a wider team effort.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a recruitment or admissions environment in a school, college or university, however, excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, the ability to work well as part of a team, ability to adapt to new software systems and to provide outstanding service to our applicants, student and staff is more important.
If this sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you.

This position may not meet the criteria for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
Eligibility will be assessed in line with the Home Office requirements at the time of making the offer.
