- Hold (or be predicted) a UK undergraduate degree
- Have a genuine interest in teaching and education
- Be passionate about your subject area
- Be confident, professional, and eager to learn
- Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
- Train within an Ofsted Outstanding school environment
- Receive support from experienced teachers and mentors
- Gain valuable classroom experience before training begins
- Clear progression into salaried or unsalaried teacher training routes
- Opportunities to build long-term careers within education
